Plumbing questions, answered
Can I use drain cleaner from the store first?
For a slow sink, a plunger is safer. Chemical drain cleaners can damage older pipes and make the job dangerous for whoever opens the drain next. If it’s blocked solid or keeps coming back, call us.
How do you find a leak I can’t see?
We use moisture meters, pressure testing and cameras to narrow it down before opening anything up, so we only cut where we need to.
Do you fit fixtures I’ve bought myself?
Yes. Tell us the make and model when you book so we can check the connections and bring any parts needed.
Do you do commercial plumbing?
We look after small commercial premises: shops, offices, restaurants and rental properties. Call or send a quote request with the details.
