How long do water heaters last?
Tank water heaters typically last around 8 to 12 years, depending on water quality and maintenance. Tankless units usually last longer. If yours is near the end, replacing it before it fails saves you a flooded floor.
Tank or tankless?
Tankless saves space and never runs out, but costs more upfront and sometimes needs a bigger gas line or electrical supply. We’ll look at your home and usage and give you both prices.
My water heater is leaking. What do I do?
Turn off the cold water supply to the tank and the power or gas to the heater, then call [PHONE]. A leaking tank usually needs replacing, and it can fail suddenly.
